1. In the event of a cancellation we, at Berry Park, will do our best to re-let and, if successful, will refund any monies paid less expenses incurred. However it is a condition of booking that the whole rent will be payable unless a re-letting can be arranged. Please consider arranging Cancellation Insurance

2. In the extremely unlikely event that your holiday accommodation is not available due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a full refund of all money paid.

3. Your booking is accepted on the understanding that the holiday accommodation is used for holiday purposes only.

4. Except by prior arrangement, no more than the maximum number of persons stated may occupy a unit. Where this has been agreed, a charge of £25 per extra person per week is made.

5. One or two well behaved pets welcome (£17 per pet per week or £4.00 per night for short breaks). Dogs must be kept on a lead in the grounds.

6. Payments by credit card will incur an extra charge of 2%.

7. The holiday property must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Keys will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival.

8. Breakages or damage must be paid for prior to departure.

9. All accommodation and public rooms are non-smoking.
